Your enquiry

The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. Its contents are passed to WhatsApp when you choose to open the prepared message. You review and send the message yourself. YTK receives the information you choose to send and uses it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage any subsequent order.

The website does not submit enquiry form entries to a YTK database or email inbox. Please send only information needed for your framing enquiry.

Your selected references

The site uses browser session storage to remember the product references you select as you move between pages. This stays in your browser session. Names, company details, postcodes and message text are not saved in that session storage by this website.

Website services

YTK does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. The hosting provider may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. WhatsApp and Instagram have their own privacy policies.

Information shared with YTK

Enquiry and order information may need to be shared with those who help fulfil your order, such as the frame supplier and delivery provider, where necessary. Order and payment records are kept as required for running the business and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations.
